Yuki's polls and booking links are not live yet. Link-based group polls are planned next and booking links are being built now. Both are marked “Coming soon” in the table below rather than ticked, because installing Yuki today does not give you either. Polls inside Yuki groups, for members, work today.

Where Doodle is stronger
- It is available today. Doodle's group polls and booking pages are established products; Yuki's are coming soon.
- Scheduling is its whole focus, and it has been refined for that job over many years.
- It is used by teams and organisations, with plans for them. Yuki is a personal app and has no team plans.
- It connects to the main calendar and video-meeting tools, including Microsoft Outlook, which Yuki's scheduling features do not support yet.

How Yuki's group polls will work
- You create a poll in Yuki on your phone or the web; you need a Yuki account.
- A poll can hold several questions: dates and times answered Yes, If need be or No, and text options with single or multiple choice.
- You choose who can see the results.
- The poll stays open until your deadline; results stay readable for 30 days after that, then the poll is deleted.
Which to choose
If you need group polls or booking pages today, or you are scheduling for a team or an organisation, Doodle does that now. If you want your scheduling in the same app as the rest of your life, and you are happy to wait for Yuki's polls and booking links, Yuki is built for that — and its calendar, tasks, money, trips and groups work today.

Does Yuki have Doodle-style polls today?
Partly. Yuki groups have polls today, but only members of the group can vote, in the app. Link-based group polls that anyone can vote on without an account — with Yes, If need be and No answers on dates — are planned next and not built yet.
Do people need an account to vote?
In Doodle, participants can respond to a poll from the link. Yuki's planned group polls work the same way for voters: no account needed on the web, while Yuki users can vote in the app. The person creating a Yuki poll needs a Yuki account.
Where is Doodle stronger than Yuki?
Doodle is established and focused on scheduling: its group polls and booking pages are available today, it has been used by teams and organisations for years, and it connects to the major calendar and video-meeting tools. Yuki's equivalents are coming soon, and Yuki does not offer team or organisation plans.
Why would I choose Yuki instead?
If you want scheduling to be part of the app you already run your day in. In Yuki the poll result or the booking lands in the same place as your tasks, expenses, trips and shared groups, and Yuki's AI assistant answers questions about your own plans. For EU customers, their data is stored in the EU.
