Finance Home
Spending against budget, subscriptions and what you owe — one screen.
Finance Home is what the Finances tab opens on: a one-line summary of your spending, subscriptions and debt, then a small set of tiles you can open for the detail — instead of a single running transaction list.

Set a budget
- 1Open the Finances tab.
- 2Tap the Spending tile and set a daily and/or monthly target.
- 3Yuki tracks spend against it right on the tile, and surfaces a savings tip when you’re trending over.
Spending and Subscriptions, in one screen
Tap the Spending tile to see two panes: every transaction, and just your subscriptions. A subscription charge counts in your monthly spend AND shows on the Subscriptions tile as a standing commitment — the two numbers describe the same money two different ways, so they’re shown side by side rather than added together.
Liabilities, tracked apart from spending
What you owe — a loan, a credit card balance — has its own tile, separate from day-to-day spending, so debt doesn’t get lost inside a transaction list.
Add expenses
- Transactions, log a one‑off expense manually with amount, category and date.
- Subscriptions & instalments, add recurring charges (e.g. Netflix, gym, a phone plan) so Yuki reminds you before each renewal and counts them in your budget.
Scan receipts
Snap a photo of a receipt and Yuki’s AI reads the merchant, amount and date and saves the transaction for you, no typing.
Import PDF / CSV statements
Upload a bank or card statement (PDF or CSV) and Yuki bulk‑imports the transactions, categorising them automatically.
Auto‑scan from Gmail
Connect Gmail and Yuki quietly detects subscription renewals, bills and purchase receipts in your inbox and adds them for you, so your spending stays up to date without manual entry.
