Booking links

Share one link and let people book a time with you. They see only when you are free, in their own time zone, and they do not need an account. The meeting lands straight in your Yuki or Google calendar. Booking links are being built now and are coming soon.

Finding a time with someone outside your household usually means an email thread: “Tuesday?” “Can't, Wednesday?” “Morning or afternoon?” A booking link replaces the thread with a page. You decide when you are available; they pick a time that suits them; the meeting appears in your calendar.

Yuki's version is built into the app you already use for the rest of your day, so the booking lands next to your tasks, trips and plans rather than in a separate tool.

How it will work

  1. 1In Yuki on your phone or on the web, create a booking link and set when you are available.
  2. 2Share the link — in an email, a message or your signature.
  3. 3The other person opens it in a browser, sees only your free times in their own time zone, and books with their email.
  4. 4The meeting lands in the calendars you chose, and both of you can cancel or reschedule from a link.

What the person booking gets

  • No account and no app — a web page, their email address, and an optional name and note.
  • Their own time zone — times are shown where they are, so nobody does the arithmetic.
  • Only free times — they never see what is in your calendar, just when you are available.
  • Cancel or reschedule from a link — no login to find, no email back to you.

Where the meeting goes

  • Your Yuki calendar, your Google Calendar, or both — you choose per link. Outlook is planned for later.
  • Google Meet, if you want it — a video link added to the booking automatically.
  • No double bookings — a time that has been taken is no longer offered.
Free and Pro. On the Free plan you will be able to keep one booking link at a time; it expires after 7 days and can be renewed. On Pro, links don't expire. Plan details can change before launch — the pricing page is the source of truth.

What it is designed for

Booking links are built for your own calendar: a tutor's lessons, a coach's calls, a parent-teacher slot, coffee with someone you have just met. If you need team routing, round-robin assignment or payments at the point of booking, a dedicated scheduling tool such as Calendly is built for that today — our comparison page says so plainly.

Booking links are coming soon. Yuki's calendar, tasks, trips and groups work today — Yuki is free on iOS, Android and the web.

よくある質問

Are Yuki booking links available yet?
Not yet. Booking links are being built now and are coming soon. Everything else in Yuki's calendar works today: events created from your inbox, two-way sync with Google Calendar, and a shared calendar inside your groups.
Does the person booking need a Yuki account?
No. They open your link in a web browser, see only the times you are free, shown in their own time zone, and book with their email address, plus a name and a note if they want to add them. Their confirmation includes a link to cancel or reschedule, which also needs no account. The booking page carries a small “Sign up to Yuki to manage your day” note, which they are free to ignore.
Which calendars do bookings go into?
The ones you choose: your Yuki calendar, your Google Calendar, or both. Outlook is planned for later. You can also have a Google Meet link added to each booking.
Can two people book the same time?
No. Booking links are designed so a time cannot be double-booked: the page only offers times you are free, and once a time is taken it is no longer offered.
What will booking links cost?
On the Free plan you will be able to keep one booking link at a time; it expires after 7 days and you can renew it. On Pro, links don't expire. Plan details can change before launch, so check yukihq.com/pricing for the current plans.
Where is booking data stored?
The same place as the rest of your Yuki data. For EU customers, that means it is stored in the EU. Yuki does not train AI models on your data.
