Deliveries & orders

Parcels on their way, from your shipping emails — and your order records, kept private.

With Gmail connected, Yuki picks up shipping and delivery emails and keeps each parcel’s status in one place, so you don’t have to dig through your inbox for a tracking number. Automatic Gmail sync is part of Pro.

Where to find them

  • Home — a Deliveries card with what is on its way. Tap a parcel’s status to change it in Update status; View all opens Deliveries.
  • Deliveries — on the web, Settings → Yuki → Life context → Deliveries; on your phone, Profile → Deliveries. It keeps tracking updates and delivery history, including items hidden from Home.

What each delivery shows

The merchant or carrier, a status — Ordered, Shipped, Out for Delivery, Arriving Today, Delivered, Ready for Pickup or Returned — the order and tracking numbers, the estimated delivery date, and Open carrier / merchant tracking when there is a link. Marking a parcel Delivered or Returned clears it from Home; it stays in Deliveries. Refresh reloads the list, and Load older deliveries goes further back.

Good to know. Tracking may lag behind the carrier, and Deliveries is not yet a complete purchase history. An estimated date is not confirmation that a parcel arrived.

Orders and deliveries

Orders and deliveries (Settings → Yuki → Life context on the web, Profile on your phone) holds any private order records on your account, with items, shipments and refund status kept separate. Existing orders remain available on every plan. Purchases from merchant checkouts are not automatically imported yet.
