Yuki Guide
Yuki AI
Ask in a sentence. Yuki works from your real life, and shows you what it did.
Yuki AI is the assistant built into the app, on the Yuki tab. It is not a blank chatbot: it already knows your calendar, your trips, what you spent and the people you share things with, so an answer is about your life rather than about life in general.
Three things to try first
- 1Ask about today — “what’s on my agenda?” or “what’s due this week?”
- 2Add something by saying it — “dinner with Sam Friday 7pm”, “electricity bill €60 on the 28th”.
- 3Ask about money or a group — “what did I spend last week?”, “who owes what in the flat?”
You do not need to phrase it carefully. Say it the way you would say it to a person. If something is genuinely missing — which airport, which date — Yuki asks one question rather than guessing.
The three tabs
| Tab | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Chat | Ask, add and get things done. Your conversation continues across devices. |
| Ideas | Things Yuki noticed and could do for you, each with the evidence for why. |
| Activity | Everything Yuki has done, by day — with undo where the action can be reversed. |
Watching it work
A request can take several steps. When it does, you see them as they happen — checking your calendar, searching, filtering, checking prices — instead of a spinner. The result arrives as cards you can tap through to the real record.
What Yuki remembers
Yuki only remembers things you wrote yourself — never things inferred from reading your mail. Everything it holds is listed in Profile → What Yuki remembers, and you can delete any of it.
Nothing consequential happens without you. Sending an email, making a booking or spending money always produces an approval card first. See the Autopilot & approvals section.
