People
The people who make your life yours — birthdays, balances and plans, in one profile.
People is not a contact list. A contact list answers "how do I reach them". This answers "what is going on between us" — which is the question that actually generates work.
What a profile holds
- Who they are to you — family, partner, friend, colleague, housemate.
- Birthdays and anniversaries, surfaced before you need them.
- Mutual groups — the shared spaces you are both in.
- What you owe each other — balances from split expenses, with settle-up.
- What is coming up — shared plans, trips and events.
- What they like — in your words, so a gift idea is not a guess.
Add people
- 1Import from Google Contacts, or add someone by hand in a few seconds.
- 2Set the relationship — it changes what Yuki surfaces and when.
- 3Add a birthday or anniversary; Yuki reminds you every year.
Merge duplicates
Contact lists degrade — the same person saved under a nickname, a work address, an old number, with the birthday attached to the copy you never open. Yuki finds those and offers to merge them into one profile.
You choose who can find you. Discoverability is per-method — by phone, email, username, or only through a group you already share — and each one is yours to switch off.
