Shared plans, costs, lists and calendars — for the people you actually share life with.
Most of your admin is not solo. A group in Yuki is a shared space for the people it actually involves — and each kind of group is shaped for what it is for, rather than one generic "shared folder".
Nine kinds
Couples · Family · Co-parenting · Flatmates · Friends · Trips · Household · Fitness & habit challenge · Custom. Choosing the kind preconfigures the tools and the suggestions, so a co-parenting group does not open with a grocery list.
What is inside one
- Expenses — split equally, by percentage or by exact share, with a running balance and settle-up.
- Tasks & chores — assigned, tracked, and visible to everyone.
- Groceries — one list everyone adds to; whoever is shopping sees the full list live.
- A shared calendar — what is happening, and who is free.
- Polls — for the decisions nobody wants to chase.
- Birthdays & gifts, and shared goals you are saving for together.
- Stats — who is actually pulling their weight: effort split, trends, appreciation.
Create one
- 1Go to the Groups tab and tap +.
- 2Name it and pick the kind — family, flatmates, a trip, and so on.
- 3Choose which tools to switch on; Yuki suggests a sensible set for the kind you picked.
- 4Invite people by link or code, or straight from your contacts.
Trips split themselves. Expenses on a trip split equally between trip members by default, so shared travel costs land in everyone’s balance without extra setup.
Private by default
Everyone keeps their own account and their own private items. Only what you share into the group is visible to the group.
