Your AI agent for everyday life

Your life,
handled.

Tell Yuki what you need. Yuki takes care of the rest — finances, trips, gifts, groceries, inbox, calendar, and the people you share them with.

Ask Yuki to find Dad a birthday gift under €80, or to book my flight to Lisbon on the 14th, or to tell me if I'm on track for the house deposit, or to split Friday's dinner with the flat, or to reply to Sarah that Thursday works, or to add the groceries for Sunday's carbonara, or to find a time everyone is free next week, or to cancel the subscription I never use, or to plan a 4-day trip to Rome in October.

One agent. Your whole life.

Across everything that matters.

Travel

Stop planning trips manually.

Yuki builds the itinerary from your own bookings, drafts a day-by-day plan for a trip you have not booked yet, keeps passports and tickets with the trip, and — with the agent release — searches real fares, holds a seat and books the stay.

“Plan a 4-day trip to Rome in October.”

Yuki drafts the itinerary, then books it.

  • Itineraries assembled automatically from confirmation emails
  • AI day-by-day planning for trips you have not booked
  • Boarding passes and documents kept with the trip, and in Apple Wallet
  • A travel map of the countries you have actually been to
  • Share the trip, and plan it with the people coming
  • Flight search, seat holds and staysrolling out

Money

Know what your money is doing.

Bills, subscriptions and expenses organize themselves from your inbox. On top of that sits the part most assistants skip entirely: the goals you are actually saving for, what you own, and what it is all worth.

“Am I on track for the house deposit?”

Yuki answers from your real numbers.

  • Subscriptions, bills and spending detected automatically
  • Goals for the real ones — retirement, a house deposit, a college fund, a car
  • An honest pace-to-target, and a projection of where you land
  • Holdings: stocks, ETFs, funds and cash, with allocation and return
  • Liabilities too — mortgage, credit card, car and student loans
  • Net worth across every account and currency, in one number
  • Essential vs non-essential, your top category, your biggest day
  • Sync a bank, or check balances in by hand — both work
  • Receipt scanning and bank statement import
  • Open banking for live balances and transactionsrolling out

Email

Your inbox doesn't need to become another job.

Yuki reads the confirmations, receipts, bills and invites already sitting there and turns them into a calendar, trips and expenses. It surfaces the messages that genuinely need you — and can draft the reply.

“Reply to Sarah and tell her Thursday works.”

Yuki prepares the response.

  • Confirmations become calendar events, trips and expenses
  • Focus inbox: what actually needs a reply, sorted by what it asks of you
  • Drafted replies you approve before they sendrolling out

Groups

Life isn't always solo.

Nine kinds of shared space, each shaped for what it is actually for — not one generic “shared folder”. Shared tasks and lists, expense splitting with settle-up, polls for the decisions nobody wants to chase, and stats on what the group is really doing.

“Who can host dinner Friday?”

Yuki asks the group and tallies it.

  • Couples · Family · Co-parenting · Flatmates · Friends
  • Trips · Household · Fitness & habit challenge · Custom
  • Expenses with splitting and settle-up
  • Tasks & chores, assigned and tracked
  • Groceries everyone can tick off
  • A shared calendar, with Yuki finding a time that suits everyone
  • Polls for the decisions nobody wants to chase
  • Birthdays & gifts, and shared goals you are saving for together
  • Stats that say who is actually pulling their weight — effort, trends, appreciation

People

Remember the people who matter.

Not a contact list — the people who make your life yours. Who they are to you, what they like, when their birthday is, what you owe each other, and what you have got planned together.

“Mum’s birthday is next month. Find a nice gift around €80.”

Yuki starts working.

  • Relationships, not just names — family, partner, friend, colleague, housemate
  • Birthdays and anniversaries, surfaced before you need them
  • One profile shows mutual groups, what you have shared, and what is coming up
  • Yuki remembers what they like, so a gift idea is not a guess
  • Plan a time, split an expense or add someone to a group from their profile
  • Duplicate people merged rather than quietly doubled
  • You choose who can find you — by phone, email, username or shared group
  • Gift finding within a limit you setrolling out

Your day

One view of what today actually holds.

Tasks, events, reminders, deliveries and what the inbox added overnight — in one ordered day rather than five apps disagreeing with each other.

“What does today look like?”

Yuki tells you, and what to do first.

  • Calendar, tasks and reminders in one ordered feed
  • Two-way sync with Google Calendar
  • Deliveries and renewals tracked without being asked

The problem

Too many apps.
Too much to remember.

Your life is scattered across email, calendar, chats, receipts, and a dozen other apps.

  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Calendar
  • Booking.com
  • Receipts
  • Notes
  • Reminders
  • Group chats

A calmer you

Get your life out of your head.

One place that understands what matters — and does the work. Less mental load. More time for what matters.

Grounded in your life

Not another chatbot.

A general AI assistant doesn't know that:

  • your flight leaves at 08:20
  • Sarah is your partner
  • Dad’s birthday is October 14
  • you have dinner Thursday
  • your hotel is already booked
  • Spotify renews tomorrow

Yuki does.

Yuki works from your own calendar, trips, expenses and the people you care about — so it answers about your actual life, not in general.

Built for trust

You stay in control.

Yuki can act on your behalf — which is exactly why it asks first, shows its work, and lets you undo.

  • Ask me

    Yuki asks before consequential actions.

  • Set a limit

“You can spend up to €100 on gifts.”

  • Let Yuki handle it

    For things you've explicitly authorized.

  • See everything

Every meaningful action is visible in your activity history.

  • Undo where possible

If something can be reversed, Yuki helps you reverse it.

Autopilot

  • Ask for approvalRecommended. Nothing consequential happens without your tap.
  • Auto-approve this taskSkip approval for the current task only.
  • Auto-approve below a limite.g. €100 for rides, €50 for groceries.
  • Auto-approve for this tripe.g. all hotels and transport, while you are away.

High-risk actions — sending email, large purchases — always require approval, whatever else you have switched on.

Connections

  • GmailEmails, attachments
  • Google CalendarEvents and availability
  • Google ContactsPeople and birthdays
  • Apple CalendarYour device calendar
  • PlaidsoonBank accounts and balances
  • UbersoonRides
  • Uber EatssoonFood and groceries
  • OutlooksoonEmails

Each connection is read-only or allowed to act — your choice, changeable any time.

No black box

Always know what Yuki is doing.

Today

  • Checked your calendar
  • Found 3 hotels
  • Drafted email to Anna
  • Waiting for your approval
  • Added Dad's birthday
  • Updated Lisbon itinerary

Yuki isn't a black box.
Every meaningful action is written down, visible, and reversible where it can be.

Shared life

Life isn't always solo.

Your life is shared. Yuki can be too.

  • Couple
  • Family
  • Flatmates
  • Friends
  • Co-parents
  • “Who can host dinner Friday?”
  • “Add groceries for tonight.”
  • “Who owes what?”
  • “Find a birthday gift for Mum.”

Useful memory

Yuki gets to know you.

Not creepy personalization. Useful memory.

  • Loves coffee
  • Prefers morning flights
  • Usually chooses 4★ hotels
  • Dad likes practical gifts
  • Sarah is vegetarian

Yuki remembers what you choose — so you don't have to repeat yourself. You can see everything it remembers, and delete any of it, any time.

Questions

What people ask about Yuki.

The short answers. Every one of them says where a capability is still on its way.

What is Yuki?

Yuki is an AI agent for everyday life. It reads the confirmations, receipts, bills and invites already in your inbox and turns them into a live calendar, trips, expenses and shared plans — then takes on the tasks around them. It works for one person or for a household, and it is available across Europe and most of the world on iOS and Android.

How is Yuki different from ChatGPT or another AI assistant?

A general assistant starts from a blank box. Yuki starts from your actual life: it already knows your flight leaves at 08:20, that your hotel is booked, that Spotify renews tomorrow and who you split the rent with. So it answers about you rather than in general — and it acts on your real calendar, trips and money instead of describing what you could do.

Can Yuki actually do things, or just tell me about them?

Both, and the doing is rolling out. Today Yuki organizes your inbox into trips, expenses, events and tasks, answers questions about your own plans, and creates records from a sentence. Searching and booking flights, booking stays, drafting a reply you approve, connecting a bank and finding a gift within a budget are coming soon, behind approvals.

Will Yuki do things without asking me?

No, unless you explicitly allow it for something specific and time-limited. Every consequential action — sending an email, making a booking, spending money — produces an approval card first, built from the action rather than from what the model says about it. High-risk actions ask whatever else you have switched on, and everything Yuki does is recorded in an activity log you can undo from.

Does Yuki train AI on my data?

No. Yuki does not train any model on your data — that is a commitment, not a setting you have to find. Data stays in the EU end to end, Yuki passed an independent CASA Tier 2 security assessment in March 2026, and you can export or delete everything.

Does Yuki work for couples and families?

Yes, and it is built for it rather than retrofitted. Yuki has nine kinds of shared group — couples, family, co-parenting, flatmates, friends, trips, household, a fitness challenge and custom — each with shared tasks, expense splitting with settle-up, groceries, a shared calendar and polls. Everyone keeps a private account and chooses what to share.

What does Yuki cost?

Yuki is free to download on iOS and Android, with a 30-day Pro trial and no card required. Pro is €3.99 a month and adds inbox sync, unlimited groups, trips and travel documents, and a higher AI allowance. An Agent tier for the acting features is coming.

Which email providers does Yuki support?

Gmail today. Outlook is coming soon. You connect your inbox once and Yuki organizes what arrives — there is nothing to forward and nothing to copy and paste.

You have enough to remember.

Let Yuki handle the rest.

Your life, handled.
