Yuki for couples

Share one calendar, one set of bills, one trip plan — and stop being the household project manager.

Most couples run their lives across a dozen apps and a hundred screenshots. Yuki replaces the coordination overhead: it reads the confirmations, receipts and invites already in each of your inboxes and turns them into one shared, always-current picture of your life together.

What you can share

  • A shared calendar — date nights, appointments and trips, with events written into Google Calendar so they show up wherever you already look.
  • Bills & subscriptions — Yuki spots renewals and statements in your email so neither of you is surprised by a charge.
  • Trips — flights, hotels and bookings become a single itinerary both of you can see.
  • Groceries & tasks — one list you both add to, plus chores and reminders.
  • Birthdays & occasions — anniversaries and family birthdays, surfaced in advance.

How it works

  1. 1Each partner installs Yuki and connects their inbox (Gmail or Outlook).
  2. 2Yuki auto-organizes each inbox into trips, expenses, events and tasks — privately.
  3. 3Create a shared group together and share the things that are joint.
  4. 4Both of you see one synced view; Yuki reminds you before anything is due.
Less mental load. The point of Yuki for couples is that no single person has to be the one who "remembers everything." Yuki remembers, and tells both of you.

Plan life together, not in twelve apps. Yuki is free on iOS and Android.

Frequently asked questions

Can two people share the same plans in Yuki?
Yes. Yuki has shared groups: create one with your partner and share trips, expenses, tasks, groceries and a calendar. Each of you keeps your own account and private items; shared items appear for both.
Do we both need to connect our email?
You each connect your own inbox (Gmail or Outlook). Yuki organizes each of your emails privately, and you choose what to share into the group.
Does Yuki track shared expenses and subscriptions?
Yes. Yuki reads receipts and renewal notices from your inbox and tracks bills, subscriptions and spending — and you can share them so both partners see what is due.
