Most planners start from an empty week. “What if” starts from yours: your Yuki events, timed tasks and bookings and, if Google is connected, your Google Calendar busy times. It only sees when you are busy, never what your Google events are called. Tell it what you would like to fit, and it shows your week now and with the plan.
How it works
- 1Open Calendar and tap What if, on your phone or on the web.
- 2Set your goals: workouts per week and how long each one is (30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes), personal time per week and, if you like, focus work.
- 3Look at the week with the plan. Grey is what is already on your calendar, and it stays put; the coloured blocks are new. The balance shows the hours already busy, the new blocks and what is left unscheduled, with one line on how it went, such as “I could fit 3 of 4 workouts; shortening them to 45 minutes would make room for all of them.”
- 4Save a scenario to compare it with another, or tap Add these to my calendar.
- 5One approval card lists every new block. Nothing changes until you tap Allow.
Fixed rules, not guesses
An AI does not decide your week. The same rules run every time:
- What is already there stays where it is. New blocks go around it, with 15 minutes of room on either side.
- Workouts are spread across the week, one a day at most: mornings before work first, then early evening.
- Personal time goes to evenings and weekends first, in blocks of an hour.
- Lunch and dinner stay free where possible. If a block has to use a meal time, it tells you.
- Nothing in the past, and nothing at a time it could not read.
Or just ask
In chat on your phone, ask “What if I train 4 times a week, an hour each?” and Yuki answers with a before-and-after card of your week. Adding those blocks goes through the same approval card.
Try next week before you live it.
